Each strip measures 11 cm long and 2 cm thick. It simply slips inside, under the sweatband (the inner ribbon of the hat), thanks to its repositionable adhesive. You can test, adjust, and move the strips until you get the perfect comfort.
Our advice: for optimal hold and balanced distribution, place two strips on the sides of the hat (at the temples). If needed, you can add a third one at the back.
