Delivery Policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 days by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays). Add an additional 6 to 10 days for delivery.
Le Cowboy.com delivers to the following geographic areas: EUROPE and CANADA.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation.
During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 6 business days.
Some orders may be linked to multiple storage warehouses, and items will then be sent separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of standard shipping is free for all orders. Le Cowboy.com reserves the right to modify these costs or cancel them for a short period. These changes may be made without prior notice to site customers.
No third party can claim a refund of the shipping fees in effect at the time of purchase. Information regarding shipping costs is clearly indicated at the top of any page on the site, as well as at the order confirmation step.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. After this period from the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To make a return, proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
In case of receiving defective items, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To do so, please contact us at contact@le-cowboy.com with proof of payment and a photo of the items concerned, specifying whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us quickly at contact@le-cowboy.com. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation.
EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT
- Exchanges for another size or color only of the same model.
- Refunds are made in the form of store credit by default. For a refund to the original payment method, contact us at contact@le-cowboy.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time to receive an exchange may vary depending on your location.
For returns, consider a tracking service or insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your return.
