DELIVERY & ORDER

When will I receive my order?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 days by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays). Add to that an additional delivery time of 6 to 10 days. Rest assured that we do everything possible to ensure you receive your purchases as quickly as possible.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery of your package to your home.

How much does delivery cost?

My order is not complete

If your order includes multiple items, they may have been shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive very soon.

My clothing is too small

All our textiles come with a size guide to help our valued customers avoid such inconveniences. Our team has carefully measured each item and added the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small or too large. However, we understand that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.

I want to return an item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, as you received it. For returns that meet our conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
