How to measure your head circumference?
- Get a tape measure, a flexible tape, or if not available, a simple piece of string.
- Place it around your head, about 1 cm above your ears and eyebrows, as shown in the diagram, without tightening too much.
- Note the measurement in centimeters and compare it to our size guide to select the most suitable model.
